Can I request an early check-in /late check-out?

At Aira Hotel, we try to accommodate all our guests’ requests to the best of our ability.

If you’d like to guarantee early check-in, we recommend that you book the room for the night prior to your arrival. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to room availability.

If you’d like to use the room beyond 12pm and up until 6pm, the charge is 50% of the daily rate. After 6pm, the rate changes to that of a full night’s stay.

Do you charge for additional guests?

We do not charge a fee for additional guests. However, for security purposes, the guest(s) will be required to provide identification at the reception.

WiFi access is complimentary for all in-house guests of Aira Hotel.

Aira Hotel operates a strictly non-smoking policy within the entire hotel property, including e-cigarettes. We kindly ask our guests to use the designated smoking area only for such purposes. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in additional deep-cleaning charges.

We do serve vegetarian meals at the Indian Dining Restaurant on the first floor of the Grand President Hotel, which is open from 6 a.m. until 4 a.m.

Yes, Aira Hotel offers accessible rooms adjusted with walk-in showers, lower beds and wider doors. Please enquire directly with the hotel to confirm availability.

Are cots and extra beds available?

Extra bed for room only is available at additional price of THB 1117 net per night per adult or child. If you would like extra bed with breakfast then the additional cost is THB 1,530 net per adult or child.Baby cots are available complimentary do let our reservations team know beforehand so that they can prepare it in the room before your arrival.

How big are your extra beds?

Our extra beds are 3ft (0.9m) wide and 6ft (1.8m) long, with an 8-inch (20cm) mattress. For additional comfort, our extra beds are not foldable and fit perfectly in our rooms, leaving plenty of space to wind down and relax.

Do your rooms have bathtubs?

Bathtubs are available only in our Suites and Jacuzzi Corner rooms. All other rooms are fitted with a shower stall. If you have a preference, please let our reservations team know prior to your arrival.

Do you have smoking rooms?

No, we don’t have smoking rooms at Aira Hotel as we operate a smoke-free policy. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an additional cleaning charge.

Are your rooms fitted with a USB plug socket?

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes, we charge 100% of the booking total if your reservation has not been shortened prior to check-in.

Why do I need my debit/credit card details when making a reservation?

If you are purchasing a non-refundable rate plan or package, your debit/credit card will be charged at the time of booking. In all other cases, it is used only as a guarantee to confirm your booking.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments in cash and all major debit and credit cards.

Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?

For all guests checking in at Aira Hotel, we require a deposit for incidentals at the amount of  THB xxxx per room/night. The value of the deposit is either collected in cash or pre-authorised on your credit or debit card.

When will the incidental deposit be returned?

Incidental deposits collected in cash are returned to guests upon check out. If a deposit has been pre-authorised on a credit card, the amount will be unblocked within 2-4 weeks, depending on the specific debit/credit card and/or bank policy.

How much money does the hotel pre-authorise on my debit/credit card at check-in?

If your booking is not prepaid upon check-in, we will take a pre-authorisation to the value of your entire room stay along with THB xxx per day to cover incidentals and to allow you to charge to your room during your stay.
