1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of airahotelbangkok.com (the “Site”), operated by KINGSTON HOLDINGS COMPANY LIMITED (“Kingston,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About This Site

The Site provides information about Aira Hotel Bangkok, its hotels, restaurants, venues, offers and related services. The Site is informational in nature and does not itself process hotel bookings. Selecting “Book Now” directs you to the relevant individual hotel’s website and booking engine, which is operated by a separate provider and is governed by that hotel’s own booking terms and privacy notice.

3. Eligibility and Account-Free Use

The Site does not require account creation to browse. Where you submit information through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, logos, hotel and restaurant brand names, graphics and layout — is owned by or licensed to Aira Hotel Bangkok and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or connected systems; introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code; scrape, harvest or misuse data from the Site for unauthorized purposes; or impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with Kingston. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms of Use.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to third-party sites and services, including individual hotel booking engines, social media platforms and payment providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of these third parties. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by Thai law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aira Hotel Bangkok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including damages arising from third-party booking engines or services linked from the Site. Nothing in these Terms of Use limits liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Aira Hotel Bangkok harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Thai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
